Orders and Cancellation

1. Is my order confirmed once I make the payment on your website?

Yes. In the very rare case that there is a discrepancy in the actual stock and our Information Systems, and we are not able to fulfil a part or whole of your order, we’ll communicate the same to you and issue a refund for unfulfilled orders immediately. Your order is confirmed once you receive the shipping notification from us, which usually happens within one or two business days of placing the order.

2. What is your order processing time?
  • During business days, orders received before noon are typically processed by us the same day. We also ensure that our logistics partner picks up the order from our fulfilment centre the same day as well. Though we work only with the best logistics partner(s), we cannot guarantee that they’ll pick it up the same day as we do not have much control over their operations.
  • Orders received after noon or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
  • Kindly note that our order fulfilment centres do not operate on Sundays, national holidays and important regional holidays.
3. Can I see a history of what I have ordered in the past?

Yes. Login to your account and you will be able to view all the past orders and also be able to reorder the same if you wish to.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it has not already been processed.

5. How do I cancel or change my order?
  • You can cancel the order online as explained below: Login to your account, where you’ll be able to view all the orders you have placed. Select the order you wish to cancel and you’ll find a link to cancel the order so long as the order has not already been processed. If you wish to edit/change the order, please cancel the existing order and place a fresh order. If the order has been processed and you do not find the link to cancel, kindly contact us immediately and we’ll check with the logistics partner and stop the shipment if it has not already left their facility.
  • Alternatively, contact us and we’ll cancel the order for you.
  • Kindly note that once the package leaves the logistics partner’s facility, we’ll not be able to cancel the order and if you wish to return the same, it’ll be per our Exchanges & Returns Policy.
6. I'm having difficulty in placing an order on your website. What should I do?

7. Why don’t you offer deep discounts like other brands?

As an honest, affordable luxury brand that aspires to set benchmarks in product quality and affordability, we work on very modest profit margins. Neither do we compromise on our quality nor do we mark-up our prices hugely to offer deep discounts. Our prices are fair and hence we will not be able to offer those inflated discounts. However, we do have the ‘Dashing Deal’ offer that gives you savings benefits when you buy more than one product.
