Exchanges and Returns Policy

1. What's your exchanges and returns policy?
  • This Exchanges & Returns Policy applies only to products purchased from
  • Products marked as End of Season/Clearance Sale or products that come as free as part of a deal are not applicable for Returns/Exchanges/Refund
  • Given the intimate nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the tamper-proof packaging is opened by the customer.
  • If you would like to exchange or return a product, then you may contact us within 14 days of receipt of the order. And we'll make arrangements for an exchange (at no extra shipping cost) or a full refund, as you wish. Kindly note that the tamper-proof packaging should remain unopened.
  • Kindly do not ship the products to be exchanged or returned on your own without us authorizing the same as we may not be able to process such exchanges or returns.
  • Kindly do not accept the package from the courier delivery personnel if the packing looks damaged.
2. When will I get my refund or the exchange items shipped to me?

We’ll process the exchange order or initiate a refund within 3 business days of receiving the return items, with the tamper-proof seal intact, in our facility.
The refund will be made through the payment mode used while placing the order and it may take 3–5 business days from the day we initiate the refund for the amount to get credited to the account.

3. What if some items are missing in my order?

Kindly contact us with a photograph/scanned copy of the invoice that was present in the order package and we’ll ensure that the missing items are shipped to you as soon as possible.

4. Are there any exclusions?

The following products do not qualify for returns/refund/replacement
- Products marked as End of Season/Clearance Sale
- Products that come as free as part of a deal
