The purpose of Dashing’s existence is to put a smile on your face every time you wear a Dashing garment. That’s why we scoured the length and breadth of the planet to source the finest materials and produce underwear to the highest standards. In the unlikeliest event of our underwear failing to make you smile and you find yourself unhappy with the fit, fabric or anything for that matter, we’ll replace it with a different style or size, of your choice, or issue a full refund.

You do not have to return the worn/unworn underwear that you were unhappy with to us and Dashing requests you to recycle the same responsibly.

  1. This guarantee holds good for the 1st pair of garment purchased in each product category (Underwear-Bottoms, Underwear-Tops/Vests, Socks, etc.) per customer account.
  2. If you are unhappy with a pair of Dashing underwear, get in touch with us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  3. You could choose a replacement of any style, size or category, whose price does not exceed the price paid for the garment it’s replacing. If your choice exceeds the paid price, you can just pay the difference. We will ship the replacement for free.
  4. If you wish to have a refund, we’ll process the refund within 3 business days of hearing from you. For more information, please check our Exchanges & Returns Policy.
  5. Dashing reserves the right to withdraw, replace or amend the terms of the offer at any time without prior intimation.
  6. Products marked as End of Season/Clearance Sale or products that come as free as part of a deal are not applicable for Dashing Satisfaction Guarantee policy
