Shipping Policy

1. What is your shipping policy?
  • Expedited Shipping: We would love to ensure you get your hands on your new Dashing underwear as soon as possible. Hence, we always ship using the fastest shipping option offered by our logistics partners for your delivery location.
  • Order Processing Time: During business days, orders received before noon typically ship the same day. Orders received after noon or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day. Kindly note that our order fulfilment centres do not operate on Sundays, national holidays and important regional holidays. Order pick-up from our fulfilment centres will depend on the logistics partner’s scheduled holidays.
  • Shipping/Delivery Time: Delivery time may vary based on your delivery location. We work with only the best and the most efficient logistics partners and generally, orders are delivered to tier 1 and tier 2 cities within two business days. For other locations it may take up to 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery acceptance: Our logistics partners will make three attempts to deliver the package to your delivery address. If they are unable to deliver due to your unavailability even after the 3rd attempt, then the package will be returned to our facility. We’ll issue a refund within 3 business days after deducting the two-way shipping charges.
  • Delays beyond our control: Very rarely, our fulfilment centres and our logistics partners may not be able to process, ship and deliver your order on time due to inclement weather or other acts of God. In those instances, we’ll work with our logistics partner to ship the order to you as soon as possible.
2. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email notification with the tracking details once the order is picked up by the logistics partner from our fulfilment centre.

3. Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you can by contacting us before the order leaves our logistics partner’s facility.

4. Do you provide gift wrapping?

Yes. Kindly leave a message in the ‘Order Notes’ box in the check-out page and we’ll gift wrap your order for free.

5. Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we do not ship outside India.
